# Get Review Response Rate By Location

> Compare response rates and unanswered-review backlogs across locations.

## Description

Returns response rate, responded count, and unanswered count for each location. Use it for location-level response performance and backlog questions.

## Parameters

## Response Fields

`summary.actual` and `summary.compare` contain account-wide response metrics. Each `dataPoints` entry contains an `actual` and `compare` object with the location `label`, `businessNumber`, total count, response rate, responded count, and unanswered count.

## Notes

* For an overall unanswered-review backlog, omit the dates unless the user asks for a specific period.
* The service does not sort by unanswered or responded count. For the worst response performance, use `sortBy: "rate"` with `order: 0` and read `unrespondedCount` from the returned locations.
* Both comparison dates must be provided together.
