# Create Ticket

> Create a support ticket — untagged (default), review-linked, or survey-linked.

```
create_ticket
```

## Description

Creates a new support ticket in Birdeye's ticketing system. Tickets can be created in three modes: `untagged` (standalone ticket with customer details), `review` (linked to an existing review), or `survey` (linked to a survey response). The default mode is `untagged`.

<Warning>
  This is a **location-level tool**. `locationId` must be a child location ID from [`get_child_locations`](/mcp/tools/business/get-child-locations) — not the enterprise account ID.
</Warning>

```
## Notes
* Default ticket type is `"untagged"`. Customer details (`firstName`, `lastName`, `emailId`) are mandatory for untagged tickets.
* Call [`get_child_locations`](/mcp/tools/business/get-child-locations) to get valid `locationId` values.
* Call [`get_all_surveys`](/mcp/tools/surveys/get-all-surveys) to get the `surveyId` for survey-linked tickets.
